The views, the amenities, the personal recommendations and more! For our family of 5 it was perfectly accommodating. We loved eating every meal on the lanai surrounded by the beauty of the trees and sounds of birds. It's a phenomenal place and we're lucky to have stayed here!

Hibiscus House was everything we imagined. Beautiful, peaceful, pristine and clean. The home is so beautifully decorated and the lanai is such an amazing space to reconnect and have amazing talks with your family. Not to sound corny but this house has the best energy and is wrapped up with a bow. We celebrated a 50th birthday with our children ages 14, 21, 24 and this house had all the accommodations and privacy for an amazing trip. Beds were super comfy, everything was impeccably clean, our host was great and had the best suggestions. My heart is truly full from an amazing trip. Mahalo

It is easy to see why Amy is a superhost. She lists a beautiful, peaceful, fun home and has it thoughtfully set up to maximize these features. She is friendly and responsive. We chose this place because it had consistently high ratings from families and was available in our quirky date range. So we were delighted but not entirely surprised that the garage was stocked with every conceivable beach amenity. We were not expecting the property to be even more beautiful than the photos! We had no idea this stay would offer us a chance to experience architecture with clever design for passive climate control. Everything was in order, labeled, and clean — not in a fussy way, but in a way that facilitated comfortable, fun, elegant living (even with a kid who is too young to care about elegance). Princeville quiet hours ensure no crazy party scene disturbance. If you want a tranquil base for family rest and play, this place is perfect.

We have been to Kaua'i on several occasions over the past decade. From 5 star resorts to VRBO's and Airbnb's. Hibiscus House topped the cake. If it's available, book it! Don't ask questions, just do it. I could echo the previous guest reviews but no need. The home is perfect!

Beautiful and spacious home in a beautiful area of Kaua’i. The host was extremely communicative and ensured our stay was great. We had a full itinerary while on the north shore, but more than once we canceled our dinner reservations and opted instead to grab some groceries at nearby Foodland and enjoy a nice meal at home. Hibiscus House has a great kitchen and the screened lanai and dining table is by far the best Airbnb/VRBO "gathering" or hang out space we've experienced in any location across the US. Highly recommend this home and the north shore of Kaua’i!

Hibiscus House was the perfect house! It was so warm and inviting, it actually felt like home. The house was well supplied and we ate almost all of our meals at home, basking in the sheltered lanai. The beach equipment was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly, highly recommend!

"This might be my favorite Airbnb ever. It is absolute perfection."

This might be my favorite Airbnb ever.  It is absolute perfection. I stayed with my parents and sister for my 40th birthday celebration and this house had everything we needed and more. The house is not only a dream, situated in a great location, with nature all around (song birds singing and everything) but it is so clean, it appears to have been organized by Marie Kondo herself. The decor is to die for, and I don't think there are many more peaceful places to sit after sunset than the lanai, adorned with bistro lights, candles and tiki torches. Plus, tons of space, comfortable beds, extra furnishings like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a grill, two beach cruisers a washer/dryer and even an extra refrigerator. It’s perfect.
